Our Mission

The Superbook Mission

Superbook teaches children timeless moral truths and life lessons through the captivating, Bible-based adventures of two time-traveling children and their robot friend.

The familiar and the futuristic interact with ancient people, places and events to create a sense of wonder, anticipation, empowerment, and personal breakthrough as the children witness God’s interaction with man.

Superbook is always an exciting journey, full of discovery – with a transformational outcome.

Superbook Success

Since 2009 over 1.2 million children all over the world have asked Jesus to be their Lord and Saviour.

Here in the UK, over 400 children each month discover a personal relationship with Jesus after watching the online Gospel presentation!

Over the past three years, Superbook viewership has skyrocketed to over 162 million in 83 countries according to a 2016 Survey.

Of these, a projected 95 million viewers sang “The Salvation Poem” that concludes each broadcast.

This year Superbook has impacted 340 schools and  73 churches, who currently use Superbook to equip children to know the stories of the Bible and understand the core concepts of Christianity.

“Superbook is reaping a tremendous harvest for the kingdom of God all around the world.”

The Adventure So Far

The Superbook ministry supports families, schools and churches around the UK and Europe, by showing the love of God to children in a way that they can engage with and understand.

This is done through our Emmy-nominated episodes of Superbook, the family discussion guides that create a platform for parents and children to learn together, the Superbook website where children can discover the Bible in a fun and safe way, and through the Superbook apps that allow Superbook to be accessible on mobile devices.

Superbook Churches

Superbook Academy is CBN’s dynamic Sunday school curriculum designed for primary aged students. Through our Academy programme, thousands of children in many churches are being introduced to the stories of the Bible in a way that they can easily understand.

Every course starts with an exciting Superbook clip—but that’s only the beginning! Scriptural teachings, memory verses, guided prayers, fun games, and cool crafts make up the extensive curriculum.

Superbook Academy is showing children how they can put God’s word into practice in their everyday lives in multiple languages.

Superbook Schools

Superbook schools is impacting thousands of school children and teachers around the UK and Europe.

It’s free resources help to equip teachers through media rich, Biblically sound content for RE lessons and Assemblies, meeting the National RE Curriculum requirements and British Fundamental Values.

This is developing a sound understanding of Christianity in the children of our nation.

** 162,000,000 was calculated by Brown and Fraser (2017). To prepare the 2017 survey, field teams overseen by Brown and Fraser completed 20,006 interviews in 37 cities or regions of 11 countries. These results and results from previous CBN international programming studies were then applied to project the probable audience sizes and programming effects in all nations receiving CBN programming.
